The Summit to offer home care,
outpatient therapy to residents
T
he Summit will soon offer outpatient therapy
and home care services to residents.
The services provide another level of holistic care
that allows residents to age in place at the Life Plan
Community.
“These added services will give residents peace of
mind that they will receive leading-edge care at The
Summit,” Executive Director Kristi Martin said. “We
view residents as part of our family so they can trust
that we will take care of them.”
The Summit will partner with Functional Pathways
in bringing physical, occupational and speech
therapy directly to residents’ homes. Medicare
benefits will cover the cost of services.
